Agbo Adouko Edith Zébré holds a PhD in food sciences and technology from Nangui Abrogoua Universityin Côte d’Ivoire, where she has 9 years of research experience in biochemistry and nutrition. In 2021, she supervised 4 PhD candidates. At ICRAF, she works as a nutritionist and food security scientist and her research fields focus on nutritional status evaluation, food antioxidant potentialities and food and nutritional security. She is a member of the International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS) and the Ivorian Nutritional Society. She has contributed to the writing of several articles in peer-reviewed journals.
