Allegra Yao Kouassi is in charge of Côte d'Ivoire Project and Programme Monitoring and Evaluation. Basically, she carries out the monitoring and evaluation activities and capitalizes on the lessons learned from the implementation of the projects led by CIFOR-ICRAF. She develops tools such as the project performance indicator monitoring dashboard and online data collection supports, to facilitate the implementation of projects. Previously, our team was with an international NGO named the International Rescue Committee (IRC) where she was in charge of the monitoring and evaluation of projects for almost 5 years (2006–2011). The team had also worked as a monitoring and evaluation consultant atICRAF CDI during the period from 11 May 2011 to 31 January 2012.She officially joined this team from 1 February 2012 and continues to work with the same group.She is an economist by training with a master’s degrees in project management and in economics obtained at the Alassane Ouattara University of Bouaké (RCI). She participated as a researcher in the production of several science outputs.
